Jeff Notch - President

Jeff and his wife Stacey built their house in the Southern Lakes Neighborhood at 10883 Andes Circle in April of 1999. They have two children; Alex and Sofia.

Jeff was elected to the Board on August 4, 2009 at the Annual Board Meeting. He works as an IT Development Group Manager for US Bank. Jeff has been at US Bank for 9 years.

Jeff’s goal for the Board is to fairly apply the covenants to ensure the continued value of all residents’ property. His strongest concerns with the neighborhood are continued work on the Cliff road pedestrian issue as well as lowering the speed of vehicles travelling through the neighborhood.

Robyn Plum, Vice-President

Robyn and Todd Plum moved to Southern Lakes in 2010 and reside on Alison Way. Robyn was elected to the Southern Lakes Board at the Annual Meeting on August 3, 2010. She has been a commercial property manager at Wellington Management, Inc since 2005.

Robyn was born in Sydney, Australia, and was raised in Hudson, Wisconsin, where she continues to enjoy boating and sailing on the St. Croix River. A former Master Gardener through the University of Minnesota's Extension Service for seven years, she has volunteered her time both as a speaker and educational specialist.

Robyn’s goal for the board is to maintain and enhance the natural beauty of un-landscaped areas and to educate neighbors about Buckthorn, proper tree/shrub maintenance and other invasive plant species. Her other interest is in encouraging/leading a vibrant Gardening Committee and working to maintain the covenants while fairly understanding homeowners concerns.

Eric Wisti - Secretary

Eric and his wife, Ann, built their home in Southern Lakes in 2000. They
have one daughter, Kiera, who will enter first grade in the fall of 2011.

Eric was elected to the board at the Annual Meeting on August 2, 2011. He
works as a Unix compliance engineer. He has worked as a Unix
administrator/consultant for the past 16 years.

Eric's goals for the board are to continue the work the previous boards
have done to help make Southern Lakes a fun and beautiful place to live
and raise a family.
